What payments do you accept?

Our booklets are payable online by VISA, MasterCard or
 American Express.
OR
You can pay by credit card by printing the order form and faxing it to us with your credit card information. If you need to pay by check, please call us.

How do I get a receipt?

If you order online, keep your confirmation email as your receipt. If you order by credit card to fax, you will be prompted to print a page during checkout. Please keep a copy of that page as your receipt.

When will I receive my order?

We normally process all orders within one business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment of your book(s). Software is distributed through our web site. We'll email download instructions as soon as we process your payment.
