Do you have a spam filter? Do we have your correct address?

We are aware that an increasing number of our clients are running Matador and other spam filters which may be preventing our emails from reaching you.

If you have a spam filter, please be aware that we will periodically send you email from one or more of the following accounts:

UpdateNews@specificsoftware.com - update notifications for all of our products (ModMaster has about 14 updates per year; Loss Forecaster and NPVision only 1 or 2 updates per year)

NewSolutions@specificsoftware.com - our workers comp newsletter NewSolutions, published 3 or 4 times per year

AlRhodes@SIGMAactuary.com - our actuarial newsletter SIGMA Spectrum, published 3 or 4 times per year

Various other communications regarding renewal invoices, special offers and reminders, surveys, etc., are occasionally sent from other accounts, often but not limited to KoryWells@specificsoftware.com, TimCoomer@specificsoftware.com, TLC@specificsoftware.com and of course support@specificsoftware.com. 

Due to the high volume of emails that we send out for the purposes listed above, it is not possible for us to manually respond to verifications required by Matador or similar systems. Please configure your filters to allow our emails to reach you.

Another common cause of undelivered emails is that your email address has changed. To update or verify your email address with us, please use our contact information change form.
