The password you sent doesn't work. What's wrong?
 

You could be having problems with the password for several different reasons, listed below in order of likelihood:

  1. The password is case-sensitive. Be sure you are entering it exactly as shown.
  2. If you are doing a Ctrl-C or Edit/Copy to copy the password from our email, be sure that you are not copying a space character before or after the actual password.
  3. Be sure that you have downloaded the correct file and not a previous update. If you don't see the latest update, see the following FAQ:
    I don't see the latest update on your web page. What's wrong?
  4. The download may have appeared to work correctly, but actually was corrupted for some reason. Try downloading the file again and see if that fixes the problem.
