NPVision updates are published about once a year. When we publish an update, we notify all subscribers on our email list of the update and its unique password. If you are not getting these updates, do you or your company have a spam filter, or has your email address changed? Please see our email recommendations for further information about setting your spam filter to receive mail from us. If your email address or other contact information has changed, please use our contact information change form to let us know. We will gladly email passwords to any licensed user. If you need a password, please use our priority support form. Please include your name, company name, city, and state, and don't forget to mention which product/update you need a password for.
