NCCI Licensing Agreement

Specific Software Solutions, LLC is licensed by NCCI to include experience rating formulas in ModMaster software. This assures you that ModMaster is a long term solution to your experience rating needs and that you are receiving timely database updates. We obtain this information directly from NCCI and quickly post it on our web site for your immediate download.

As a ModMaster subscriber, you accept the terms of the NCCI sub-license which applies to each user. This sub-license is shown below:

ModMaster software includes NCCI experience rating formulas referred to herein as the "Product." The sublicensee can utilize ModMaster software to compute and analyze the workers compensation modification factor. In no way should the sublicensee attempt to extract the Product from ModMaster.

The sublicensee or other recipient of the Product or any part thereof (i) acknowledges NCCI's rights to the Product; (ii) agrees to use the Product only for the stated purpose and solely for internal use in the same media as the Product was received from the Company; (iii) may not use, copy, modify, distribute, rent, sublicense or lease the Product or otherwise transfer the Product, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in the agreement; (iv) may not use the Product to devleop a database, infobase or other information for resale; and (v) may not use, copy, modify, transfer, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Product or its documentations, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for herein.
