You can sort the mod file list by each column on the Mod File Selection List page. Use the A->Z button to sort ascending on the desired field, or the Z->A button to sort descending on the desired field. When you first enter this page, the default sort order is by descending last access date (that is, the most recently accessed file is shown first).

Users particularly like to sort on the Mod Factor field so that they can quickly identify mods which may reflect particularly good or poor conditions.

The toolbar options on the Mod File Selection List page function differently than they do on most other pages. The options are

  • Add - click the "Add" button to start a new mod file.

  • Find - To search for certain data, click on the desired search column in any record, then click the "Find" button. Specify your search text in the "Find what" field, then change the "Match" option to "any part of field". Adjust other options as desired. Then click "Find First" or "Find Next" as appropriate.

  • Delete - Click the "Delete" button. In the resulting pop-up dialog, select the file that you want to delete, then click "OK." You will be prompted to confirm your action before the delete occurs.

This page can be printed with no right-margin overflow by using the Page Setup command
