Introduction

The Mod Data page presents menu choices for selecting or creating a mod file and for viewing, entering or modifying data for the selected file. All of the links on the body of the Mod Data page are also represented in the pull-down menu under the "Mod Data" option.

 

Create a file

Click the "Create a file" link to start a new mod file. 

 

Select a file

Click the "Select a file" link to go to the Mod File Selection List page. 

 

Setup data

Click the "Setup Data" link to view the setup data for the currently selected file. This link will be disabled (grayed out) if you have not selected a file. 

 

Payroll

Click the "Payroll" link to view the payroll data for the currently selected file. This link will be disabled (grayed out) if you have not selected a file. 

 

Small losses

view the video clip
Click the "Small Losses" link to view the small loss data for the currently selected file. In PA/DE calculations, this will display the Part I Losses, and in NJ calculations, this will display the Small/Grouped Losses. This link will be disabled (grayed out) if you have not selected a file. 

 

Large losses

view the video clip

Click the "Large Losses" link to view the large loss data for the currently selected file. In PA/DE calculations, this will display the Part II Losses, and in NJ calculations, this will display the Large/Itemized Losses. This link will be disabled (grayed out) if you have not selected a file. 

This page can be printed with no right-margin overflow by using the Page Setup command
to set the left margin to 1.0 and the right margin to 0.5 inches.
