The Mod Summary Page provides a summary of the key values utilized to compute the mod. This page allows you to quickly check these values against an actual worksheet (if you have it) and identify any differences that need investigating. If there is a difference in expected losses, then verify that you entered the correct payroll codes, payroll amounts, and effective date of the mod. If there is a difference in actual losses, then verify the data entered in the small and large loss screens.
