The Rollover function offers a great way to save data entry, and therefore time, when using ModMaster. If you have a mod file which you are ready to update for the next policy year, using the Rollover function on this file will:

  • Copy the file to the new name you specify

  • Increment the effective date by one full year

  • Delete payroll and loss information that applies to the oldest policy period

  • Add a new policy period as the "most recent policy period" so that the file is ready for you to enter the newest payroll and loss information.

The Rollover function can be found on the Utilities page. View the video clip to see an example of using this function.
