Rollover a file

The Rollover function prepares an existing mod file for the next policy year's data. This function creates a new file in which the data for the oldest policy period is deleted, but all other data is retained so that you only have to enter the new year's payroll and loss information. Also see Using the Rollover Function to Save Data Entry for more details.
