  1. Click on the file npv0803.exe to download the latest update. You will be prompted to save or execute the file. Choose to save the file on your desktop or in a directory location that you will remember.

    The file size is     less than 1 MB. On a 56K dialup connection, the download should take less than 1 minute to complete.

  2. Once the download is complete, run the file to update NPVision.

    In Windows XP/2000, you can do this by
    - double clicking on the file icon on your desktop, or by
    - double clicking on "c:\directoryname\npv0803.exe" in Windows Explorer where directoryname is the location you specified when saving the file, or by
    - running the file through the Start/Run menu option.

  3. During the installation, you will be prompted for a password. Use the password we sent you in the email notifying you of the update. Remember that the password is case sensitive.

  4. You can verify that your update has applied correctly by starting NPVision. Your database level should be 08.03 as viewed at the bottom of the Main Menu or through the Help/About NPVision function.
