VIDEO TUTORIALS TO WEB SITE

Brentwood, TN, March 18, 2002 – Specific Software Solutions announced today that video tutorials for its software products have been introduced on the company's web site. Training videos for ModMaster 2000 have been published on the company's new training page. Additional videos for ModMaster and for the company's other software products, Loss Forecaster and NPVision, will be added soon.

The tutorials feature narration and dynamic screens captured directly from the software products. The videos are streamed into an embedded Microsoft player from Specific Software's new streaming site so that users do not have to download any player software to view the videos.
