function from pull-down menu of each of our products.

do you give priority to email support?
We have found that we provide more efficient support through email for
most types of questions, since we often need to send you instructions or a link in order to answer your question.
We are also better able to track problem trends and topics of interest when
you use our FAQs and priority support form, and this allows us to
continually enhance the support content we provide to you.
How soon
will I hear back from you?
Our priority Ask Us Now support
form gives you the option of specifying how fast you need to hear from us.
We normally return ALL requests for support within one to two business days, but
if you request ASAP support, we will respond to your question as quickly as
possible, at least within one business day. If you do not have some sort of reply from us within
the timeframe you have requested on the priority support form, please contact us again to verify that we have received your message.
