If you've had problems with viewing our videos online, there are two other alternatives you try:

1. Click on a video in the list to the left to play it in your own media player. Your media player must support the wmv format. You will probably need to adjust the window size ("skin") or screen mode of the player for best viewing quality.

OR, 2. Right click on a video in the list and choose the "Save Target As" option to download it to your PC. After the download, go to the location where you saved the video and double-click on it to run using your own media player, which must support the wmv format. You will probably need to adjust the window size ("skin") or screen mode of the player for best viewing quality.

If you continue to have problems, try to download and run the following Microsoft utility (file name wmpcdcs8.exe) to install the necessary Microsoft codec on your PC.

If you need a player, the Windows Media Player can be downloaded by clicking the button below:

Can you hear us? All of the videos have narration, so be sure to adjust your volume! If you have trouble, see our FAQ about adjusting the audio.
