format, and a few are in wmv. Both of these formats are very
common and should be compatible with most users' PCs. If you
do have problems, check the "Can't hear us?" suggestions to
the right, and do let
us know if any problems persist in your environment. |

Can't hear us?
All of the videos have narration, so be sure to adjust
your volume. If you have trouble hearing us, be sure to
check your volume in three places:

At the bottom of the Windows Media area itself, there is a small
icon of a speaker. Slide the control beside it all the way to the
right. Here is what you're looking for:

You may also have to physically turn the knob on your speaker volume
and/or
-
adjust your system volume through the Windows Control Panel in order
to hear the video.
