Can't hear us?  

All of the videos have narration, so be sure to adjust your volume. If you have trouble hearing us, be sure to check your volume in three places:

• At the bottom of the Windows Media area itself, there is a small icon of a speaker. Slide the control beside it all the way to the right. Here is what you're looking for:
  

• You may also have to physically turn the knob on your speaker volume and/or

• adjust your system volume through the Windows Control Panel in order to hear the video.
