The WorkCompEdge Agency Plus License

For only $1,000 a year, the WorkCompEdge Agency Plus license offers agencies the opportunity to access the award-winning WorkCompEdge site for internal training and coordination of service activities in 15 different areas that affect work comp costs, including:

hiring practices,
safety,
the premium audit,
mod verification and analysis,
medical clinic relationships,
return-to-work,
and much more.

Site access includes to-the-point educational modules PLUS strategy and tools to help you evaluate a company’s entire work comp picture.

The Agency Plus license allows you to use WorkCompEdge on behalf of your clients but does not allow your clients direct access to the site. If you want to provide WorkCompEdge – and the WorkCompEdge Safety Training Center - directly to your clients, you or your clients can purchase an employer license for an additional $500 per year.

The Agency Plus license will be available as a $1,000 add-on option on your next ModMaster renewal. If you want to license WorkCompEdge before your ModMaster renewal is due, simply contact Helene Pellett for a prorated license invoice.

Please note that the Agency Plus license may not be available to you if another agency in your area already has an Exclusive license. See the column at the right or contact us for more details.

The WorkCompEdge Member Agency Exclusive License

For agencies that want to gain a valuable competitive advantage in their geographical area, the Member Agency Exclusive License includes:

Access to WorkCompEdge for your agency and all its employees.
Exclusive use of WorkCompEdge for your agency’s geographic area (CBSA), or a nearby CBSA if your agency is in a small rural area.
Quarterly marketing by our staff on your behalf to your local market. This might include press releases, direct mail campaigns, web campaigns, or other programs to promote your agency and the WorkCompEdge process.
Educational opportunities open only to our exclusive agency members.
Unlimited employer seats (reasonable restrictions apply, i.e., you can’t offer to a restaurant chain with 3,000 franchises).
Access for all employers to the WorkCompEdge Safety Training Center (safety videos and compliance center).

The Exclusive license charge is $850 per month, and a one year contract is required. We believe this combination of exclusivity, marketing support, and flexibility with employer seats makes this a significant value proposal.
